Missed Appointment Policy:
- If you miss your appointment without providing at least two full business days’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply.
- Unfortunately, cancellation fee will be charged for appointments that are missed without proper notice.

- Efficient Use of Resources: Our clinic carefully manages appointment slots to ensure availability for all patients. When an appointment is missed, it prevents us from offering that time to someone else who could benefit from it.
- Maintaining Fairness for All Patients: The fee helps to maintain fairness and accountability, ensuring that all patients respect the time and commitment of the practitioners.
What Should I Do If I Missed My Appointment?

If You Have Already Paid for the Consultation: The remaining balance, after the deduction of the cancellation fee, will be refunded to your original payment method.
