If you’ve had an appointment with our Psychiatrists or Paediatricians but have not received your e-script, follow these steps:
1. Check Your Email (Including Spam/Junk Folder)
E-scripts may be sent directly to your email. Be sure to check both your inbox and your spam/junk folder for any communication from the clinic. Ensure that the email address on file with the clinic is correct. If there’s any doubt, you can contact the clinic to verify or update your details.
2. Check Your SMS and Verify Your Phone Number
E-scripts may also be sent via SMS to your mobile phone. Check for any messages containing your prescription link.
Ensure that the phone number on file with the clinic is correct and belongs to you, not another family member. If needed, contact the clinic to verify or update your phone number.
3. Allow Some Time
E-scripts are generally sent shortly after the appointment, but sometimes our Doctor may encounter some slight delay. Wait for 24 hours to see if it arrives. Generally our Doctors will send the e-script within 24 hours.
4. Contact the Clinic
If you still haven’t received your e-script after 24 hours, contact our clinic via Phone or Live Chat. Mention that you had a recent appointment and are waiting for your e-script.
If the issue remains unresolved, the clinic can resend the e-script or assist you in accessing it through an alternative method.
