We will submit your Medicare rebate claim on your behalf within 2 days after your appointment, once your payment has been made in full. If you're eligible for a rebate, it may take up to 3 to 10 business days for Medicare to process the payment and deposit the medicare rebate into your nominated bank account.
Please note that we take no responsibility if the Medicare claim is rejected. It is the patient's responsibility to check their eligibility prior to the appointment and to contact Medicare directly if the claim is rejected. If you have concerns or do not receive your rebate within the expected timeframe, we recommend reaching out to Medicare for further assistance.
