We offer urgent appointments for patients in need, depending on the clinician's availability and the nature of the patient's situation. While it's ideal to accommodate urgent cases when possible, the availability of such appointments may vary.
We do reserve a limited number of urgent appointments (which are not available to book online). These urgent appointment slots are typically available within two weeks, though availability can vary. For us to consider a case as urgent, it is essential that: the referring GP clearly marks the referral letter as "URGENT".
While we cannot guarantee an urgent appointment slot, we will make every effort to accomodate these urgent appointment requests with priority based on the urgency and clinician's availability.
Steps to Book an Urgent New Patient Appointment:

Visit Your GP: Obtain a referral letter that specifies the condition as URGENT.

- Use Live Chat or Submit a Request to reach our reception team and inquire about urgent appointment slots.

Booking Process:
- Our Reception Team will guide you through Online Booking, to book and pay for the appointment securely online.
- If an urgent appointment slot is available, our reception team can move your scheduled appointment to one of the reserved urgent appointment slots.
This process allows us to efficiently manage urgent requests and prioritize based on clinician availability and patient need.
