We understand that schedules can change. To ensure that you receive the care you need at a time that works best for you, here’s a simple guide to rescheduling your Initial and Follow-up appointment.
1. Via Appointment Link from the Confirmation Email
In the appointment confirmation email, you will find a unique appointment link. Simply click on the link to reschedule your appointment.
2. Via Patient Portal
Visit our Patient Portal.
Go to [Upcoming Appointments], and then click [Manage Appointment] to choose a new date and time for your appointment.
Reschedule Policy
We require at least 2 business days' notice for any appointment rescheduling.
If less than 2 business days' notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
